Design work - graphic design: web design: instructional design
At heart I will always be a graphic designer, although I have transitioned into the instructional design field in 2014. I solve complex challenges in training and development. My background in graphic design as well as years spent diving into - and executing on - Adult Learning theories provide for a unique perspective into online learning.

I have always loved to create functional and beautiful things. In my spare time I create beautiful furniture, primarily in the style of Greene & Greene.
And lastly, I also paint Checkmate.
My wife, Marci Oleszkiewicz-Taylor is a renowned, award winning oil painter. Although I have an art background, I only began learning how to paint for real in 2016.
